How To Roll a Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls? 

You simply need to  take a sheet of rice paper, dip it in water until it's soft, lay it down on a plate. Then, add your fillings in the center of the rice paper. Once you have added your desired amount of filling, start rolling it up like you would a burrito or egg roll! Make sure to tuck in the sides as you go so that nothing falls out. You can even double up  on the rice paper for an extra chew.
